Making his return back to the limelight with his first single since 2019, Pusha T has reasserted his dominance with “Diet Coke.” Over an 88-Keys beat that’s creation dates all the way back to 2004, Push does what he does best, rap about his drug-ridden past with boisterous wordplay and a swagger that never fails to excite. With a pair of verses that further stomp in how far the Clipse rapper has made to this point in his life, the confidence and bravado on display seems to have only been boosted since Push’s last collection of tracks in Daytona. When it comes to tracks released so far this year, this is right there with Denzel Curry’s “Walkin” and Benny The Butcher’s and J. Cole’s “Johnny P’s Caddy.”
